FAQ’s

Question: How long will the transaction take? When will I receive payment?
Answer: A cashiers check will be mailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your signed paperwork.  Most other land buyers can take up to 6 weeks!

Question: What if I owe back taxes on the property?
Answer: In most cases we can still purchase your property if there are back taxes due. Please keep in mind that every state has different procedures and time limits for how long a property can be in default before it will be offered for sale at a tax auction.

Question: Will I have to pay for any of the expenses related to the sale?
Answer: NO. We will pay for all fees and costs related to the sale!

Question: Do I need the original Deed to sell my land?
Answer: No. As long as the Deed is on file with the County recorder the original Deed is not needed.

Question: Where did you get my contact information?
Answer: Your contact information was obtained by public record through the County Assessor or tax collector where the property is located.
